We were incredibly fortunate that a family friend introduced us to the music of Alexander Mitchell a few months before our wedding. Before popping in
Alex’s CD, the music for our wedding ceremony was a big question mark for us
(two organic farmers with parents from Russia, Chile and Buffalo NY). Alex’s
versatile style and ability to weave together diverse sounds so seamlessly
made Alex the ideal musician for our wedding, which brought together family and friends from so many places. We considered it a long—shot that Alex would play at our wedding, but e-mailed him anyway.
